In June 2023, I took over this location and transformed it into the thriving business it is today. My passion lies in providing a range of services, from cuts and blowdrys to the art of highlighting. However, my true passion lies in coloring and highlighting, where I can showcase my skills in creating unique and personalized looks for each client. With over 17 years of experience as a stylist and makeup artist, I have honed my skills in blonde services and have a passion for all highlighting techniques. My expertise allows me to create customized looks for each of my clients, taking into consideration their unique features and preferences. I am dedicated to staying up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in the industry, and strive to provide exceptional service to each and every client who sits in my chair.

JOCELYN

STYLIST

Jocelyn has been a stylist for over 40 years, and takes great pride in her work. She works at the salon Tuesdays and Thursdays, where she has the pleasure of working with her loyal clients. She finds joy in seeing many of them weekly for their blowdry services, and values the relationships she has built with them over the years. Being a part of their lives and helping them feel confident and beautiful is what motivates her to continue doing what she loves.

Margaret has been a stylist for over 39 years, specializing in cuts, blowdry/sets and perms. As the previous owner, she has called this location home for many years. Her loyal clients enjoy their time with her and appreciate the personalized attention she provides. She strives to ensure that each client leaves feeling confident and satisfied with their new look.

SHANNON

STYLIST

I am a recent addition to the MTC Hair Studio team, having completed cosmetology school in June 2024. While I am still perfecting my skills, I am fortunate to be working alongside a talented group of stylists who provide guidance and support. My current love is working on medium to long haircuts and styles, as well as highlighting and coloring techniques. I am excited to continue learning and growing as a stylist at MTC Hair Studio.

MADISON

STYLIST

I am a Meriden native and graduated in 2019 from Wicox Tech. With over 5 years in the cosmetology industry, I have always loved working with hair and makeup and decided to make it my passion and way of living. I enjoy doing colors, especially blondes. I also really enjoy doing makeup for any special occasion. I love what I do. my motto is “when you look good, you feel good”, I hope to see each of you in my chair and be able to make you look and feel good too!

As the newest addition to the MTC Hair Studio team, I completed cosmetology school in June 2024 and have since been honing my skills in haircuts, blowouts, styling, coloring, and highlighting services. I am passionate about my work and eager to continue learning from this talented team. With a commitment to excellence, I look forward to perfecting my craft and providing exceptional service to our valued clients.
